We verify and digitize paper patterns and ensure that all the information is included in the technical sheet.

We develop patterns from your ideas.

Using 3D prototyping, we can also validate your design before cutting a sample.

We grade your styles according to standard or specific instructions.

We ensure that all the fabrics and trims are in place for cutting and sewing.

We nest patterns and create style markers.

We inspect and prepare the fabrics for cutting and cut the style.

To ensure the highest quality of sewing, we inspect every single piece at every stage of the assembly.

We ensure that all the garments comply with your measurement and quality requirements.

We package and ship your order.

*Please note that for efficiency reasons, all our nesting is done digitally. This means that patterns sent in paper format have to be digitized.

How It Works

Once we agree on the quote and terms of service, we proceed with your order.

If you already have a pattern, please send it to us.

If you would like us to develop patterns and you are a first-time customer, please bear in mind that in order to ensure the highest quality service, we follow a strict pattern and fit development protocol.

Pattern & Fit Development Protocol

Instead of developing patterns and fit using vague body related information, we develop styles by transforming and manipulating features of pre-fitted basic shapes (blocks and templates). This approach allows us to not only be more efficient and waste less in the process but also ensures that garments always fit perfectly in a consistent and reliable manner.

In order to implement the protocol, we require the following information:

Body measurements of the representative of your target group.
Overall fit intent i.e. how the garment is meant to fit the customer: fitted, looser, etc..
If available, a set of basic shapes (blocks and/or templates). If you do not have any basic shapes, we can develop them for you according to your specific measurements or you can use our standard pre-fitted shapes. Please note that we apply a surcharge for the use of our standard fit.
And, if you would like us to produce your garments, a sizing table.

Once we receive all the information from you, we start working.

One last thing: While we encourage our customers to send us all style-related material and components, if absolutely necessary, we can also provide lining, fusing and trims. For more information, please consult our Library of Resources.
